“HOW MAD IS HE???”
Part 7
This is the last and
final part to “How Mad Is He?” Through those last six parts I have tried to convey different ways of looking at this whole situation that Jehovah’s witnesses find themselves in today. I have also tried to get Jehovah's witnesses to ‘see’
what Jehovah Himself sees and how He and Jesus views these things. Because that is the only viewpoints that matters, isn’t it???
So for the 7th and last part, I want to convey to you, the reader, “how things really are” realistically speaking, of course, from Jehovah God’s perspective.
So imagine for yourself
how a person that has grown up in an abusive home feels. Imagine, growing up in an abusive home where the husband in the family is a wife-beater. Yes, this may be a stretch for some but just for one second,
please imagine that this person that grew up in this abusive situation just figured out that they were just like their father…an abusive wife-beater. Imagine how this person feels. This person would feel shocked and appalled. After all, this person did start out
wanting to be everything their father was not. Okay, I will get back to this scenario at the end of this, part 7.
Did you know that
Jehovah God was so mad at the Israelites in the wilderness that Moses was actually afraid at what God might do to them? (Deut. 9:18, 19) So afraid was Moses that he moved his tent to outside the camp away from those wicked Israelites (Exodus 33:7). When the Israelites left Egypt, Jehovah was leading them Himself but eventually God sent an angel as to lead the nation of Israel because of their wickedness (Exodus 33:2, 3). Interesting, as to another instance when Jehovah has been this MAD.
(Deuteronomy 9:18-19) 18 "And I proceeded to prostrate myself before Jehovah, as at first, forty days and forty nights. I neither ate bread nor drank water, because of all YOUR sin that YOU had committed in doing evil in the eyes of Jehovah so as to offend him. 19 For I was scared because of the hot anger with which Jehovah had got indignant at YOU to the point of annihilating YOU. However, Jehovah listened to me also that time."
Today, many Jehovah's witnesses say that the NGO
liaison is not that big a deal
nor is the
false teaching of 1914. And that the child abuse policies practiced by the WTS in every Kingdom Hall on this earth are
working out fine. Some Jehovah's witnesses have even said, “sure the WTS has made mistakes but we are all imperfect and that is what Jesus blood sacrifice is for, so that we are forgiven.” This
kind of thinking sounds so familiar.
Then, when I like to bring up
Leviticus 4:3 to these Jehovah's witnesses, which brings out that when a priest sins, this priest
brings sin and community guilt, actually upon the WHOLE nation of Israel. And a sacrifice is needed to
atone for the whole nation.
(Leviticus 4:3) “If the priest, the anointed one, sins so as to bring guiltiness upon the people, then he must present for his sin that he has committed a sound young bull to Jehovah as a sin offering."
This is when they tell me that
“we” are not under the Mosaic Law Covenant but the Christian Law Covenant, or as the Jehovah's witnesses like to say, “Jesus’ Law.” And I reply to this with, "Jehovah does not change according to Malachi 3:6." And then I add that in the Christian Law Covenant it does not say, “do not kill” but we know we are not suppose to do this, right?! So comparing one covenant with another covenant is just semantics.
But then I think these people, the Jehovah's witnesses that are called
God’s people are a chip off the old block, so to speak. You are now saying to yourself, “what is she talking about now,” right? Well, think about it…
The Governing Body of Jehovah’s witnesses have been a
NGO with the United Nations from 1991 to 2001. So for ten years,
over and over again they had to re-new their membership with the United Nations as a NGO. And you can look this up for yourself so their [WTS] excuse that “they did not know what they were doing” is a crock. But
they re-newed their membership with the UN over and over every year, did they not???
Yes, they did. But think, how does Jehovah God sees this?
Do you think He is sees this continued use by the Governing Body, this use of Jesus’ blood over and over every year kind of like someone using Jesus blood like “roll-on deodorant”? I mean that is what everyone says that Jesus' blood is for, right, forgiveness of sins?!? Wow, that is a shocking thought. You don’t think Jehovah would get MAD at this, do you??? Lets consider…
(Hebrews 10:26) "...For if we practice sin willfully after having received the accurate knowledge of the truth, there is no longer any sacrifice for sins left.
Did you notice the part of the verse above that says: "...there is no longer any sacrifice for sins left..." Did you notice this?
What this means is quite simple: We today as christians, can sin and sin until there remains no more "sacrifice" for sins left. In other words, if we practice sin willfully, then we can run the risk of
EXHAUSTING the sacrificial benefits of the gift or sacrifice God has presented for atonement of our sins...namely the precious gift and sacrifice of Jesus Christ as our sacrificial "lamb" being offered in our behalf. (See Hebrews 10:26-28)
And this is a very dangerous thing that can happen to unrepentant christians, who sin against God, willingly, with full knowledge...they practice sin willingly. The bible is clear...this type of sinning is practiced by "
children of the Devil," as the apostle clearly states and surely results in the wicked individual and/or individuals receiving the 2nd Death. In fact, this type of sinning itself is called by the apostle John:
"The sin that incurs death." Think about it. (See 1 John 3:9, 10; 1 John 5:16, 17.)
Therefore, for a Jehovah's witnesses to repeatedly say the
secret sinning by the Governing Body of Jehovah's witnesses in being NGO supporters of the UN for close to 10 years, is simply a matter where the "blood of Jesus" can be applied, and that it surely will cover over their UNREPENTANT transgressions, sins that they committed over and over again, for a 10 year period, no doubt is a
ridiculous assumption, in light of
what the bible actually teaches on this matter. Yes, it is!
Further, let's consider this fact:
Isn’t this particular attitude (expressed by Jehovah's witnesses who wish to mitigate the magnitude of the transgression of the Governing Body), yes, isn't this attitude simply a
“ONCE SAVED, ALWAYS SAVED” attitude, when you think about it? Yes, this sounds like it to me.
In fact, most of us remember what the
Reasoning Book says about this attitude. And for those who do not, look in the
Reasoning Book, on page 358 under “Salvation” and the subheading, “Once a person is saved, is he always saved?” Or look at
Bible Topics for Discussion in the back of your bible in
NWT, I believe it is topic #38. But lets see what the
Watchtower magazine has to say about this:
Watchtower, September 15, 1989, pp. 6-7, "What We Must Do to Be Saved"
"That sacrifice has saved us from Adamic sin, and Jesus will protect those who exercise faith in him. No one can snatch them out of his hand. But we can lose that protection. How? By doing what was done by many Israelites who were saved from Egypt.
We can deliberately choose to disobey God. — Deuteronomy 30:19, 20"
Hmmmmm, “once saved, always saved” … I guess
Jehovah’s witnesses are doing what all the churches are doing now. Even though they had the truth now they are choosing to ignore it?
But the bible does not say they can or will get away with ignoring the “Truth.” It seems God’s people will be worst off than the worldly ones when judgment comes upon them.
(Luke 12:48) "But the one that did not understand and so did things deserving of strokes will be beaten with few. Indeed, everyone to whom much was given, much will be demanded of him; and the one whom people put in charge of much, they will demand more than usual of him."
So things are much worst today for God’s people as there is much more KNOWLEDGE on the earth than ever before. Much more knowledge than that was available in the first century. So I ask you all, when does this scripture come into play?
Are you as one of God’s People relying upon your own self-righteousness like the Pharisees of Jesus’ day? If you are then you do not seem to have any “fear of Jehovah” at all. Could Jehovah God see His People today as these scriptures describe?
(Proverbs 30:12-13) 12 "There is a generation that is pure in its own eyes but that has not been washed from its own excrement. 13 There is a generation whose eyes have become O how lofty! and whose beaming eyes are lifted up."
Now lets get back to that scenario I talked about at the beginning of this (part 7). Do you feel appalled
or shocked at learning that you are just like “your father” [Governing Body] and a ‘chip off the old block,’ so to speak? If you agree with the Governing Body then you
must face the Great Tribulation, which is just about to start.
Something to think about.
